SSB Constable Eligibility Criteria:

✅ Education Qualification: 

As per advertisement candidates must have education certificate possession that is issued by recognized by university / board for following posts.

• For Constable (Driver): 10^th (Matriculation) and its equivalent. And a valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License.
• For Constable (Laboratory Assistant): 10^th (Matriculation) in Science and a laboratory assistant course certificate.
• Constable (Veterinary): 10^th (Matriculation) with science subject and one year experience in treatment of many species of animals.
• Constable (Ayah): 10^th (Matriculation) with science and first aid examination pass certificate issue by Red cross society and one year experience.
• Constable (Carpenter, Plumber & Painter): 10^th (Matriculation) and 2 year experience in Industrial Training Institute of similar trades.
• Constable (Cook, Washerman, Safaiwala,, Water Carrier, Barber, Waiter, Tailor, Gardner and Cobbler): 10^th (Matriculation) and 2 year work experience in the respective trade along 2 years diploma certificate issued by Govt ITI institute.
• ASI & SI (Sub Inspector): Graduate in any stream and upper education pass out certificate.

✅ Age limit:

• For constable tradesman minimum age limit is 21 years whereas maximum age limit 25 years.

Age relaxation in upper age will be applicable for governments reserved categories as follows:

1. Scheduled Castes (SC) & Scheduled Tribes (ST) = 05 years
2. Other Backward Classes (OBC) = 03 years
3. Ex-servicemen = 03 years
4. Candidates of UTs of J&K and Ladakh (ordinarily domiciled) during January 01^st 1980 to December 31^st, 1989, killed children & dependent of victims in 1984 riots and communal riots of 2002 in Gujarat have get reservation of age relaxation of (General upto 40 years, OBC upto 43 years and SC/ST upto 45 years).
5. Central govt Departmental aspirants who is doing continuous service with at least 3 years has upper age limit of (General upto 40 years, OBC upto 43 years and SC/ST upto 45 years).

✅ Selection Process: Written Examination / PST & PET (medical / physical) and Document verification.

✅ Pay Scale:

• Candidates who are selected for HC Constable will get monthly salary in SSB – Rs 25,500 – 81,100 /- PM as per 04^th CPC and other allowance.
• Candidates who are selected for SI (Communication) will get monthly salary in SSB – Rs 35,400 /- PM
• Candidates who are selected for ASI (Communication) will get monthly salary in SSB – Rs 29,200 /- PM

Application Fee :

• General, EWS & OBC Quota students must pay form fee for SI (Communication) – Rs 100 /- and other category like Sc, ST, Ex-servicemen & Female candidates no need to pay form fee.
• General, EWS & OBC Quota students must pay form fee for ASI & HC (Communication) – Rs 100 /- and other category like Sc, ST, Ex-servicemen & Female candidates no need to pay form fee.
